There are parking spaces reserved for disabled people near all entrances to Fisketorvet. There is free disabled parking around the clock. However, it requires that you contact the information and present a disability or companion card, or a photo of this. The staff will then register your license plate for free parking. This must be repeated at each visit.

You will find 2 general sockets at the load bike space to the right of the entrance to Fisketorvet's covered bike parking. Here you are welcome to connect your e-bike charger or scooter charger - while you shop.

At Fisketorvet, you can park your car in extra wide parking spaces close to the entrances.

At Fisketorvet you will find special parking spaces reserved for our guests on motorbikes or scooters.

Find our wardrobes on level 3 in the Pyramid - they are free to use. __LOCK CABINET__ 1. Close the door 2. Enter your chosen 4-digit code followed by ✔ 3. 3. Turn knob to the right __UNLOCK__ 1. Enter the same code you chose when you locked the cabinet followed by ✔ 2. The lock then opens automatically  __IMPORTANT__ • The locker is not available at 21 – 8 • The cupboard is emptied every day at 22 • Storage is at your own risk

At Fisketorvet there are a large number of customer toilets for you as a visitor. Some of these are equipped with a changing table, others are adapted for the disabled. Follow the signage in the center to find these options. We do everything to make your visit to Fisketorvet pleasant.

You can withdraw cash in our ATM from Nordea. You will find them on PLAN 2 between the escalators near the View.

We are happy to provide a wheelchair for our guests with walking difficulties. Call on tel. 33 36 64 00 or contact in person in Fisketorvet's center information on Level 2 to hear more.

Butlers cleans and washes without chemicals. It must be green, easy and clean. At Butlers, cleaning and washing methods are as sustainable as possible. In fact, Butlers is the only Swan-labelled dry cleaner in Denmark. All cleaning takes place without the use of chemicals and thereby makes a difference to the environment, your clothes and your skin. You will find Butler delivery and collection at Føtex, on Level 1 in Pyramiden.

To facilitate your shopping experience, there are lifts in several places in Fisketorvet - follow the directions in the centre.

On Fisketorvets Level 3 you will find our passport photo machine, where you can have photos taken and printed immediately.

Pick up your packages from PostNord at the parcel shop in Føtex. Packages can be picked up during all Føtex opening hours.

Send and receive packages. A SwipBox is the parcel station with boxes of different sizes, where you can send and receive your parcels. SwipBox is on level 1 in the Pyramiden.

There are escalators so you can more easily get between the floors and around Fisketorvet, with a pram, pram or shopping cart.

In the Co-working space on Fisketorvet here, you will find peace for work, study, reading or just a break with a fantastic view of Copenhagen's harbour.

At Fisketorvet, we would like to help reconcile forgotten cases with their owner. If you have lost something on Fisketorvet, in shops or in the parking area, you can start by looking at the page here If, ​​on the other hand, you have found a forgotten property, you can hand it in at the center information on Level 2.

Here you can get nice cold drinking water. You will find the coolers on levels 1 and 2 by the toilets and on level 1 by the Pyramid.

Take a break in our beautiful lounges, where you can relax in soft chairs and sofas - here you have the opportunity to stretch your legs and take a quick break.

Send and receive packages. Instabox is the packing station with boxes of different sizes. Here you can send and receive your packages. Instabox is on level 3 at entrance H in Pyramiden.

With our digital directory, you can easily find the shop or restaurant you are looking for via a large screen. You will find the screens on both levels 1 and 2. You are of course also welcome in the center information.

Get your shoes polished completely free of charge at our shoe shine machines by the toilets on Level 1 and 2.

You will find an air pump at the bicycle parking lot in front of Fisketorvet's main entrance at CinemaxX. In addition, you can get patching equipment and bicycle saddle covers in the center information.

We provide a pushchair for you and your child so that you can get around the centre's corridors and shops more easily. Contact the center information on Level 2 to find out more.

In Fisketorvet's baby lounge you will find plenty of space and everything you and the little ones need: changing areas, water, soap, disinfectant, a room for breastfeeding, a TV room with cartoons and toilets for adults and children. And a beautiful view from the panoramic windows.

You will find our bottle warmers in our baby lounge on level 2 near the Co-working Space so you can get warm milk for your baby.
