Want to charge your car? A charging point for electric cars is available at Q park in the Stadsplein car park.

Need a taxi? Our hostess is on hand to book you a taxi. There is a dedicated taxi stand on the Stadsplein.

You will find disabled toilets in several places in our shopping centre. Access to the toilets is free of charge. Of course, disabled toilets are available in all our toilet blocks.

To easily change floors, lifts and escalators are available in Stadshart Amstelveen.

Is walking difficult? For a pleasant shopping experience, wheelchairs can be borrowed at reception.

Do you already know Sammie? Our mascot Sammie the Piglet loves sports, is very curious and likes lots of people around him. That is why he likes to walk around Stadshart Amstelveen. Children can take a picture with him or give him a high five! In any case, Sammie will visit every last Sunday of the month on the following dates in 2025: 16 March (during the Spring Marathon) 30 March 27 April 25 May 29 June 27 July 31 August 28 September 26 October 30 November 28 December Will you come and greet him? Ps. Sammie needs a break from time to time. Don't worry, he always comes back to het Binnenhof.

For the little ones, a children's train runs through the shopping center on Sundays between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. You can board at the children's train station on the Buitenplein, in front of McDonald's. A ride on the children's train costs €2 (payment by card). Do you have a Stadshart Amstelveen Club card? Then a ride is completely free!

At Q-park in the Stadsplein car park, prams can be borrowed. Ask the parking host for them. You can also borrow a pram from the reception in Binnenhof.

Want to change your baby quietly? You can do so in the special multifunctional area near the toilets. It is equipped with a changing area, children's toilet, microwave and bottle warmer.

Would you like to choose a gift yourself at one of our stores? This is possible with the Amstlvn Gift Card. The gift card can be used at the shops, cafés and restaurants of Stadshart Amstelveen. You can buy the gift card at the reception (PIN only). You can also determine the value yourself, ranging from €10 to €150. The gift card is valid for one year after purchase.

Flat battery? You can charge your phone at reception. Or reserve one of our lockers at Rembrandthof -1. There is a USB charging point in the lockers.

Several ATMs of different banks are available in Stadshart Amstelveen: ING - Stadsplein 96 ING - Rembrandthof 49 (In the Albert Heijn supermarket) , Geldmaat.

A fully automatic shoe polishing machine is available at the toilets on the ground floor of the Rembrandt Court. A hard brush removes stubborn dirt. The soft light or dark brush, depending on the colour of your shoes, polishes your shoes in no time.
