The Westfield gift card is available in two versions:

  • Physical gift card – takes the form of a physical payment card.

  • Digital gift card – works as a virtual payment card once added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

You can purchase a card at the Reception of Westfield Mokotów and Westfield Arkadia – click to check the locations and contact details of the reception at your chosen centre. You can also use our online store.

Yes, you can add our gift card to a virtual wallet. To do so:

1. Download the Giftify app from Google Play or the App Store.

2. Using the Giftify app, digitise your physical card – scan the QR code on the back of the card or add the card manually.

3. Add the card to your virtual wallet and pay for your purchases in the centre using your smartphone.

Important!

  • For cards purchased up to 11 January 2026: after adding the card to a digital wallet, the physical version will no longer work.

  • For cards purchased from 12 January 2026 onwards: after adding the card to a digital wallet, both the digital and physical versions will work.

You can purchase the card online using our online store or in-store. Cards bought online can be collected at the reception of your chosen centre.

A digital gift card is also available online – you’ll receive it immediately after purchase at the specified email address.

  • A physical card purchased online can be collected at a selected shopping centre.

  • A digital card purchased online will be delivered to the specified email address.

Cards purchased online can be collected the next business day at the centre’s reception. For orders of multiple cards, the processing time may be slightly longer – in such cases, please contact the reception to confirm the collection date.

IMPORTANT! Cards purchased online are activated immediately on the day of purchase, so we recommend collecting them as soon as possible. Please note that the card must be collected no later than 3 months from the date of purchase. Cards not collected within this period will be forfeited.

Yes, as of January 2026, a fully digital Westfield gift card is available in our online store. You will receive the card at your email address immediately after purchase. The email will include a QR code along with instructions explaining how to add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and enjoy its digital version.

Do you have a physical Westfield gift card? You can digitise it as well by adding it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Detailed instructions on how to add the card to a digital wallet can be found here.

The process for buying a card as a company depends on the chosen channel:

Online purchase

When purchasing online, a pro forma invoice is issued, which must be paid. After the payment is processed and the order is finalized, the customer collects the purchased cards at the reception of the selected centre. After collection, an accounting note can be generated.

In-store purchase

When buying a gift card directly at the centre’s reception, an accounting note is generated immediately after payment. In this purchase method, issuing a pro forma invoice is not possible.

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date it is loaded.

Yes, you can use the card multiple times until the funds are fully spent.

The option to split the payment between multiple methods should be confirmed directly with the store before completing the transaction.

Purchases made with a gift card are subject to the same conditions as any other purchase paid with cash or a payment card and depend on the policy of the specific store.

After the card’s expiry date, any unused funds on the card are forfeited.
