Parking spaces for people with reduced mobility are available on each floor of the garage

At Ecoshine you can have your car washed while you shop in Nacka Forum. They only use environmentally friendly products. The car wash is on level 1 in the garage.

Here in Nacka Forum there is a mailbox where you can take the opportunity to post letters when you are still out on errands. There is also a post office inside Hemköp as well as Instabox and Budbee available in the centre.

In Nacka Forum there are several customer toilets for you as a visitor. The toilets are available on level 0 and level-1. Some of these are equipped with changing tables, others with breastfeeding rooms and some are adapted for the disabled. We do everything to make your visit to Nacka Forum pleasant.

There is a drinking fountain by the toilets where you can fill your water bottle. Our toilet groups are located on level 0 in the Atrium and on level -1, past Burger King.

In Nacka Forum, wheelchairs are available to borrow during your visit if necessary. To be able to borrow a wheelchair, please contact reception.

You will find the ATMs in the center on level -1.

Here in Nacka Forum, there are several elevators so that you can get exactly where you want in the center. Follow directions on site to find the nearest lift.

Photo machine is available on level 2 & level 0. The machine on level 2 takes card payment and the one on level 0 takes both card and cash.

Welcome to use our lockers! At Nacka Forum there are lockers that you can use to make your visit even smoother. You will find our lockers on level 0. __Prices for leaving things in our lockers:__ Small locker for the first 3 hours - 40 sec Medium locker for the first 3 hours - 50 sec Large locker for the first 3 hours - 60 sec Then per hour - 10 sec __Prices for leaving things in our lockers as a member:__ Small locker for the first 3 hours - 20 sec Medium locker for the first 3 hours - 25 sec Large locker for the first 3 hours - 30 sec Then per hour - 10 sec *You can leave your things in the lockers every day until 9:00 p.m. The lockers are emptied every day and what is left in the lockers is handed in to the Reception on floor 1.

Take a break in our comfortable lounges where you can relax in comfortable sofas and armchairs. You also have the option of connecting to our wireless Wi-Fi network.

At the toilets in Atirum on level 0, you can take the opportunity to make your shoes clean and nice.

Neck Forum has a defibrillator that can be used in case of cardiac arrest, they can be used by anyone and provide spoken instructions to the user. Contact the reception or a guard if the accident occurs.

On level -1 you will find our contract and recycling station. Here you can leave your environmentally hazardous waste such as light bulbs, batteries and electronics.

In Nacka Forum there are toilets with changing tables, a breastfeeding room and a microwave. These are located on plane -1 and plane 0.

With us you can borrow a pram if needed, our reception will be happy to help you with this.

You can get help booking your taxi via our reception on level 1. There is also a taxi zone outside Hemköp closest to Entrance K. Transport service and means of transport for wheelchairs can be ordered to Forumvägen 32 for easy accessibility.

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the mall, with exception for guide and assistance dogs.

If you have lost something in the center, you are welcome to visit our reception on floor 1. You can also reach them on 08 - 40 000 300 or by emailing info@nackaforum.se. Found property is continuously handed over to the police authority according to law.

You are welcome to our reception to get help booking transport services from Nacka Forum. If you wish to book your own transport service or means of transport for a wheelchair, we recommend that this be ordered at Forumvägen 32 for easy accessibility.
